Meo Health is a solution arising from a need for options for Long Covid patients. Long Covid patients collaborated with leading researchers and autonomic rehabilitation experts to develop a program aimed at improving the nervous system, optimizing heart rate variability, and managing symptoms.

FREE ON-BOARDING CALL:
You will benefit from a complimentary onboarding call to begin using the app and set up successfully for the program.

EMOTIONAL SUPPORT:
You will be assigned a dedicated coach to assist with queries and provide emotional support throughout your journey. For the initial two weeks, you can message your coach at no extra charge.

STAY ACCOUNTABLE:
The app aids in keeping you on course with session tracking, reminders, and expert series. You will acquire and apply evidence-based strategies to address autonomic dysfunction.

AUTONOMIC REHABILITATION PROGRAM:
A15-week Autonomic Rehabilitation Program has been formulated by Meo Health to regulate the nervous system, enhance heart rate variability, and manage symptoms in patients of Long Covid. The development of this program involved collaboration with distinguished Long Covid researchers and autonomic rehab experts such as Dr. David Putrino, Jenna Tosto PhD, and Dr. Jamie Wood, PhD from Mount Sinai.

HEART RATE VARIABILITY TRACKING:
Meo Health seamlessly integrates with various popular wearables, such as Apple Watch, Garmin, Google Watches, Whoop, and Oura Ring (with limitations), to monitor your nervous system recovery through Heart Rate Variability (HRV). You can track your progress and understand how your lifestyle choices impact your nervous system health, empowering you with knowledge for a more informed recovery process.
